Targeted Erasure
Capsule Erase™ enables an organization to find every instance of a specific person's personal information across all storage systems and databases, and delete it in a targeted, documented way. The search is performed by a single identifier — ID number, phone, or email — and the system returns every location where the information appears: files in SharePoint, objects in S3, messages in Exchange, records in databases, and more. From there, the selected information can be deleted, while the files and systems themselves stay in place. The core value: the ability to respond to a data subject's deletion request, and prove it was carried out in full.
